Light Code Activation ~ One Day Retreat

We warmly welcome you to a one day transformational retreat aimed for heart centred beings. We will be creating a safe healing and sound frequency space where we will be moving through the 7 tones of creation which correlate with the 7 main energy centres. The first part of the day you will be in ceremony and healing frequency chamber and the second part of the day you get the space to create with paint/colour, open up your voice and you will also be guided through deep mirroring exercises.

You will be immersed in a unique sound and healing space where we will be guiding you to anchor in your own light codes and healing frequencies from your own higher self to your body temple. The Language of Light through sound and frequency is a language of energy field and DNA instruction. It’s the spiritual language that we all remember on a soul level, a primordial energetic language that re-patterns, activates and resets your energy-field, helps you access your innate wisdom and promotes your emotional physical mental wholeness.

About the facilitators:
Sif Yraola: she is an energy healer, soul guide and mentor. She has been working for many years guiding people around the world. She will be facilitating a sacred container designed for you to connect deeper with your inner soul essence while receiving deep and activating healings. She is working in the field of healing, transformational coaching and is currently working as a mentor for people who want to connect with their inner creative genius.

Tom Allon: The journey will be supported by the waves of sound preformed by Tom live so every moment will have its own breath. Tom is a meditation frequency artist who will be using organic instruments combined with atmospheric frequency soundscapes alongside nature recordings that will combine into a healing and grounding soundscape for us to drop in and bath in love while we go on our processes.
