We will glimpse into the world of Lucid Dreaming at OM Setrid on Sunday. What is lucid dreaming, how can I start and what is possible in there? What is OBE (Out of Body Experience) and how it that different that Lucid Dreaming. What is sleep paralysis and how can that be a positive experience. Cold exposure and breathing like Wim Hof (the iceman) is spreading around the world, why does it work and how does it work.

 

What do these 4 things have in common and how do they all benefit our spiritual path and healing?

Á sunnudagskvöldið í OM Setrinu ætlum við að fá nasasjón af sálarflakki (OBE), skýrleikadraumum (Lucid Dreaming) köldum böðum og öndum. Við ætlum að kynnast þessu örlítið og sjá hvernig þú getur byrjað og hvernig þetta tengist allt saman og hvernig er hægt að nýta sér þetta til andlegs vaxtar. Allir velkomnir á meðan pláss er í húsinu. Námskeiðið fer fram á ensku. Tekið verður á mót frjálsum framlögum ef fólki sýnist svo og mun 100% af því fara til að grafa fyrir hreinu vatni fyrir börnin í Jabez Skólanum í Keníu og nánasta umhverfi skólans.
