Hatha Yoga practice with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
During class we tend to the whole experience of each individual participant, combining practice of the body, breath and mind:
body practice – strengthening, stretching, relaxing;
breath practice – broadening breath awareness, correct breathing habits and breathing techniques;
mind practice – meditation, mindfulness training, relaxing techniques.
We put strong emphasis on each participant’s own experience of the practice – which enables everyone to move in their own rhythm and intensity, make their practice ‘their own’ and therefore – make the most of it.
